As required by the New Jersey Department of Education, attendance is required. If your child will be absent, please email the absence to firstname.lastname@example.org. When reporting an absence, please submit your child’s name, grade, homeroom teacher, and reason for absence. Your child’s attendance will be monitored in two different ways:
- Via parent email - only report absences, we will assume attendance.
- Teachers will determine attendance based upon participation, communication and whether work was completed for the day. This will look very different depending on grade level.
